DONE SO ALREADY), WE RECOMMEND YOU MAKE
YOUR RESERVATIONS ASAP.
RESERVATIONS: Group rate link will be available from April 1, 2024-April 9, 2025 (stay tuned for the link) Our group rate is $169/dal will be available for 3 days before and after the dates, based on availability. Reservations made after April 9, 2025 will be on a space available basis, and at the hotel's current rate.
Once you click on the link it will take you to our hotel website, then enter your arrival/ departure dates, and it will automatically populate your group name and discounted group rate. Please note that the group rate of $169 will be presented as $171 on the hotel website, inclusive of a tourism fee (TPID 1.25%). CHECK-IN: 4 p.m. Friday May 9th | CHECK-OUT: 11a.m. Tuesday, May 13th.
SELF-PARKING: $20 per day
BREAKFAST: Full American Buffet, $20 per person daily, or order off of the menu.
BANQUET NIGHT: Monday, May 12th, 5 p.m. - 11 p.m. | $50 per person; Choose chicken, beef, or fish for your banquet dinner.
REGISTRATION / RECEPTION: Begins at 3 p.m. on Friday May 9th; complimentary deli sandwiches will be provided.
HOSPITALITY ROOM: Fully stocked with alcohol, soft drinks and snacks daily.
EARLY BIRD PARTY: MDV Ret. Shawn Fanning and Lori will be hosting an Early Bird Party at their home on Thursday, May 8th (Details to follow).
SAN ANTONIO: there's something for everybody! Cruise the 15-mile River Walk and check out the museums and shops, and Tex-Mex restaurants along the iconic river. Visit the historic Alamo. Enjoy a meal and the view in the Tower of th4e Americas. Explore the Natural Bridge Caverns or the Botanical Gardens. Enjoy a round of golf, or visit one of San Antonio's missions. See you all there!!!
