Bradley G. Mayes, Director, Compensation and Pension Service, Department of Veteran Affairs, Veterans Benefits Administration issued a training letter M21-1, Part VIII, Subpart iv, Chapter 9, Section B – Diving-Related Disabilities on July 5, 2007, to all VA Regional Offices and Centers addressing Medical Consequences of Diving.
